How to Start a Business from A-Z (Part 1)

The objective of the workshop is to help people evaluate and start their own business. The purpose is to help you evaluate your ideas and research the potential and develop a business plan. The class is hands-on, allowing you to receive feedback on your progress and to benefit from other people’ experiences. Topics include: business idea selection, market research, legal requirements, financing, business plan development, pricing, naming your business, marketing and sales, advertisement, intellectual property and accounting. This will not be a text-book style class, rather it will be practical in nature.

This event takes place over the course of 2 evenings:
Tuesday, January 12th 6p.m. -8:30 p.m.
Tuesday, January 19th 6p.m. -8:30 p.m.

The cost of the workshop is $5 total (this covers both evening classes) Though the class free for those who have a Fairfield CoLab membership. It is included in your monthly access plan.
